Terms of Service

Please ensure you read the entirety of my terms of service before placing a commission order. My TOS is also available on my VGen

GENERAL
_{My expertise is in semi-realistic and stylised character art with simplistic backgrounds. I am open to expanding to new techniques, styles, and detail for backgrounds but keep in mind that branching out will take more time to complete and create the feeling you are after}_{I enjoy drawing human/humanoid characters and fantasy concepts for character designs.}_{I am fine to draw suggestive content but I WILL NOT DRAW NSFW. This includes nudity that exposes genitalia.}

PAYMENTS
_{Base prices are set in USD but you are free to use VGen conversion to pay in your currency. You may also DM me for any price inquiries.}_{50% of the price is required upfront before starting your commission. This is to ensure security for both the client and the artist, preventing suspicious activity on the client's end while providing the client utmost security through not paying the full amount upfront.}_{Payment plans are not currently available}

REVISIONS
_{During the process, I will be delivering periodic updates with every step of the process including changes. I believe full transparency is key to providing the best results in order to prevent major revisions.}_{Major revisions will have a limit during the colouring and rendering stages of the commission. I will allow two major revisions free of charge. If there are any more major revisions that require me to redo a step in the process, additional fees may apply.}

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
_{I balance my commissions on top of my personal life and employment, which can potentially impact the deadlines for commissions. My personal life is my top priority, so depending on life events, there can be delays and can take longer for me to finish your work. If there are unlikely delays, they will be communicated with the client.}_{On average, a piece will be finished between one to three weeks to complete depending on the complexity. These time frames can have slight changes and fluctuations.}_{Deadlines are different depending on each client. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please list it in the request form. These deadlines will always be upheld unless there is a significant life event that prevents me from doing so. If this is the case, it will be communicated. This could include medical emergencies, family emergencies, and deaths of relatives and family. If such an event occurs, a full partial refund may be issued if the piece has already been started.}

USE
_{There are additional fees for commercial and merchandising use. Commercial use requires a 20% fee and merchandising use requires a 100% fee on top of the commission price. These options are available on the request forum.}

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
_{I retain shared rights to your works. I will be able to use your commission for promotional work upon completion, however you may request for the process to not be streamed or shared. Please ensure you use the request form to inform me of your consent to share the purchased work.}

REFUNDS
_{The 50% upfront deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if the project is in progress.}_{If you are unsatisfied with my work, if the project cannot be completed, or if there are unnecessary or unreasonable delays, you are entitled to a 50% refund if the piece is unfinished.}_{If your project has not been started, you are eligible for a 100% refund upon request.}

COMMUNICATION
_{Communication will be in the form of DMs (direct massages) of your preferred social media listed in the request form. I am most active on Instagram and discord and recommend these platforms as a form of contact if possible.}_{I provide consistent and regular updates with each step of the process, with extra updates for any changes. These updates are in low resolution screenshots with watermarks to prevent suspicious activity.}

This policy can be updated or changed at any point in time.

Prices mary vary due to:- Complex backgrounds
- Higher levels of rendering
- Additional characters
- Short deadlines/rush
